Founded and led by Dr. Lee Ann Jung, Lead Inclusion partners with schools to design environments where all students thrive. We engage with schools in intentional work on culture, systems, and practices through program and system audits and redesign, leadership consulting, professional learning, and long-term action-planning and capacity building.
Schools today serve a wider profile of learners than ever before. Preparing for this variability requires a neuroaffirming culture and a coherent, multi-tiered system of support where instruction, intervention, assessment, and leadership are intentionally aligned around a shared purpose.
This purpose extends beyond preventing and closing learning gaps. It includes developing metacognitive learners with agency—students who understand themselves as learners, experience a genuine sense of belonging, and thrive across academic, social, and emotional domains.​​

This work is grounded in deep expertise in MTSS, Universal Design for Learning, special education, and assessment—and shaped by decades of practice in schools.
